A: The Pro electrochromic glasses have a built-in electrochromic control circuit. The manual tint adjustment function relies on these internal electrical connections. Therefore, this model does not support user replacement of lenses or custom prescription lenses.
Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the lenses may damage the internal circuitry, affect functionality, or cause safety hazards. Any damage resulting from self-disassembly is not covered under warranty. If you have special vision requirements, please contact our official customer service in advance.

A: Yes. When customizing photochromic lenses, the prescription power must be in increments of 0.50 (e.g., +0.00, +0.50). For example, if your prescription is +0.25, you may choose either +0.00 or +0.50 for photochromic lenses. If you wish to keep +0.25 exactly, only regular (non-photochromic) lenses can be made.
